Had Paul and his team in to complete our reno of 2 washrooms which included tile work. Did a good job but fell short on the follow up care. We’ve heard banging noises whenever flushing toilets and asked Paul to address it. Had him over and after he looked things over and he said he’s be back to look at the pipe connections we haven’t heard from him since. I don’t think I should chase him down especially now.
