After a washing machine breakdown the restoration network team did an amazing job of remediating and then restoring our home. Great communication through the extensive project, and every single person on the team was kind and did their part with great care. Highly recommend.

Dealt with Rick and his staff through a strata claim. It was a long drawn out process (my Strata’s fault) but him and his team were always professional, personable and worked quickly to get the job done. What more could you ask for?

Contractor was hired by Strata to complete a drywall repair and repaint. Paint was left spilled on floors, heater, baseboards, over rolled onto the ceiling and other walls. Poorly mudded, sloppily painted, required a call back to get it cleaned. Also walked in to see their guy watching the paint dry, yet he had no time to complete the job professionally, let alone clean up their mess.Ultimately I now have to sand out the hairs and poor mudding, fill the dents , reskim the entire wall, paint again, and clean their dust off of all my belongings, as well as clean up their poor paint job on my ceiling and adjacent walls.Would never recommend this contractor.

My family and I are incredibly pleased with the service that we received from them after our basement flooded in November. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and hardworking, and we really enjoyed having them around our home.
