TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Mary Malandrino is our small business account manager and she was incredible !! She was professional, engaging and incredibly supportive. What a privilege to work with someone of her caliber ! Very professional staff, my family is all with TD and we have made many bank accounts. My most recent visit is just to withdraw some money on a pretty relaxing day. I was about to use the ATM when one of the workers called me to the front because he wanted to help me instead of me using the ATM. I felt welcomed to a simple trip to the bank and we had a good conversation while he was withdrawing my money. Amazing staff and amazing location. Very clean and peaceful inside!

The service that I received today was amazing! I was greeted by Kathy at the front desk and she herself provided the service just like a single point of contact. I didn’t need to talk to anyone else. What impressed me the most was her attitude - so positive and customer oriented. I rate the service 5 out of 5!

Let me take this opportunity to thank for their professional customer services and tellers especially Camilla Emami.She took the time in our request and she was very conscientious in the performance of her duties.I admire her energy, kindness and abilities.I really recommend this branch.I wish the best for their team and believe that employees like her are what make TD Bank and this branch greater.

Worst experience. The staffs in this branch don’t communicate. I was in two weeks earlier for my own personal banking and inquired about opening an account for my 1 year old son. The teller told me no appointment is needed and I can walk in anytime. However when we got into the brunch today. They ask us to take a sit and will book an appointment for us. It’s interesting that the staffs think is fine keep us waiting with a baby just so we can make an appointment; something I can also do over the phone. Extremely disappointed at the service and communication in this branch.

The staffs are very helpful and the wait is not too long. Being in the same plaza of other shops, it is convenient to visit while shopping. The associates are usually punctual and helps you resolve any questions you may have. There is free wifi for those who are waiting for their appointment. There are also safety deposit boxes but the availability is not guaranteed.

If you are a morning person go early and if you lucky that Julia works that day then you are set. Amazingly fast and efficient…Bravo Julia…

Go to another branch or even better another bank that treats clients with respect. Was at 11730 Yonge St. branch today, service and experience were terrible. There is a heat advisory and they make everyone wait in a long line outside for 30 minutes while inside is empty and air conditioned. There are more people working the line outside than inside actually processing clients. When I finally got in the female teller starts making unflattering comments towards me. When I ask to speak with the bank manager she claims she is the bank manager. I called the complaint line and after 45 min wait from all the other complaints they receive, I learn that the bank manager is a male. Go to another branch or even better another bank that treats clients with respect. One star because google does not accept zero star.

Poor customer service and never got better over the year. I needed cash this morning that was over my limit to pull out of ATM . The person asks me why do you want the money " . My response was "because its my money "I don't feel I have to explain to Banos when I need or want my moneyThe person turned a rude face on and asked 2 more times before going to her manager . Manager comes with a rude face and then continues to lecture me in front of everyone else at the bank on how it's for my own safety they are doing all thisRude person hands me the money with a rude face and no envelope like I was stealing my own money.I hate this bank and I can't wait for my mortgage to end the term so I can move everything away"
