FPG Outdoor Structures

We had the old rotten posts of our carport replaced. I'm very happy with the work I had done. The improvements have completely changed the look of my outdoor space for the better. The guys were on time, professional and very courteous. They took extra care not to step on my surrounding flower bed. I would highly recommend FPG Outdoor Structures.

I am not happy with the communication and once you pay the deposit his attitude has changed towards answering our questions. The fence they built is good, but I would appreciate if we were communicated properly. May be it is the way it is, but I have never seen someone being rude all of a sudden once they got the deposit.The team has done their job, but if anyone going with this company just make sure you have all your questions or requests made prior to paying deposit.Also, they kept some stuff in my front yard while they were working for the backyard fence and I can see the stuff that’s not been cleaned properly after the job is done. I am not sure if they are supposed to clean but I just didn’t even ask him as I didn’t want another rude conversation.

Solid 5 foot gate. Very impressed with quality of work. Would highly recommend this company. Gates need to be done right or they don’t last. This one was done perfect!

Caught driver, cutting through a parking lot at a tim hortons, using the crosswalk / sidewalk as an exit. Could of caused an accident or hit someone. I wouldnt deal with this company with such small care.

There drivers need to learn the rules of the road, was cut off twice by their van and the driver never used signals. This almost resulted in them hitting my husband's car

Steve was very quick with providing me with a quote and answering any questions I had prior to fence being installed. Steve and his crew were very polite and respectful when installing fence. They did a awesome job my fence looks amazing.
