Dependable fuels has been the best oil delivery service provider I have tried.They are quick to reply, and I usually get to talk to the owner himself which is nice.They've even come last minute when I have run out of oil and were there within the hour.The employees at Dependable are friendly as well. I really can't recommend them enough :)

Having rented a home which was heated with furnace oil for 3 years, I searched for a company that had great customer service and the lowest price I could find. So happy to have found this company which offers not only a very low price per litre but also offers a discount of 3 cents per litre if you pay by e-transfer. With fuel prices going through the roof (March 2022) I am very happy to have found this company. Highly recommend it.

Amazing service, super friendly employees.We called about 30 minutes before they closed and they said they would deliver next day. Next day comes, oil shows up at 9:30am! The driver was so friendly and helpful. 100% would recommend this company and we will be using them again!

Had a great experience with Dependable Fuels.After being with a different oil company for a year, we had a terrible experience and were searching for a reliable new oil company.Thankful we found Dependable Fuels. As soon as I ordered they called me to tell me they would be delivering the next day. The gentleman called me before he got here to make sure I was home, he arrived 5 minutes later. He was super polite and nice. Great costumer service! I highly recommend and will be getting my oil from this company going forward.

Unbelievable customer service! I called less than 30 minutes before closing, they made me an account, and scheduled my fuel delivery for the next day. I just had my fuel delivered, and my partner and I are both extremely impressed. Amazing good attitude from the fella who delivered our fuel, and the fella I spoke to on the phone. Definitely my new oil provider going forward!

Lifesavers! I called my oil provider I've been with for almost 20 years and they couldn't deliver until Monday, 3 days without oil was not an option in this cold. After calling Dependable and telling them we were out, an hour and a half later it was being delivered! They are my new providers because of this sense of urgency they showed my family!

Saved! I switched to Dependable because my last oil fill was $1200 plus annual service contract renewal. I made a mistake and let the oil run out on a Sunday and temperature of -7 of course. They don't operate on Sunday, but I left a voicemail and they got back to me straight away. An hour later the truck was at my house filling the tank. The service person even bled out the system and got it started again.What a great start!
