Amazing customer service and explained everything absolutely on point.

Came to this branch today to print out some statements which the head office told me to do. The lady working here does not know what a reference number is and have never seen this before. Clearly the staff is not properly trained and there is no supervisor or manager on floor.Totally don’t recommended this service as we paid to get the statement details.Go to a different branch for your service!Note: attitude is terribly bad. Rolling eyes at me. Questioning….

The staff were extremely rude and condescending. They refused to listen to me and help me solve my problem with my debit card. I had to leave and drive to a different bank when I realized they had no intention of helping me.

Staff are helpful and efficient when you eventually get to a teller. How do you NOT have a business account counter? Especially for surrounding businesses doing daily deposits. Not everyone can use the night deposit box. Being away from a store for 45+ min to stand in line isn’t acceptable. You CAN do better.

Worst customer service in this RBC branch.No more this RBC . I will go to the other RBC they’re more friendly and more professional customer service Oxford and wonderland or Fanshawe and Richmond. I am loyal customer for RBC more than 25 years. I am not happy with there service!!!!!!!

Walked in today with my father to resolve a few issues and was warmly welcomed by Banking Advisor Arthur, who gave us exceptional service and corrected all the issues. The banking world is lucky to have Advisors like Arthur. Definitely coming back to this branch!! Excellent work!!

Garbage service.there teller never want to help out somebody. Atay away from RBC. They protect the fraud and don't want to protect you from a fraud. Shame on you

A very clean and friendly bank. There was a line when I arrived although it moved through very quickly. The teller was not able to answer my specific question although in doing so recognized that fact and put me in touch with someone that could answer the question.Very professional, although nothing outstanding.#localguides

Very very worst service I have ever seen. They day I went there to deposit my certified chack with other bank card and phone number. The lady was told me to hold my check and she can't help me. I went to the other branch and they clear my check write way .I talked to the manager also he said they don't call anymore to the bank they stop calledothers branch from last 10years,they are use to do it before now they don't have time to call to other banks ,which they always did it before .I have doubts about this and he is not healpful as well .this is totally unprofessional behavior .I will not to go this brunch again .and I am very loyal customer with RBS bank. I hope someone follow up this

Worst service you could possibly imagine! All the employees in this particular branch believe that they are doing the bank clients a huge favour meanwhile all they do is toss you back and forth with our any banking being done.
