They did our opening and it was great, I then messaged this company a month later on the weekend during the evening desperate not sure what to do with our pool because we are very new and I wasn’t to sure what was happening. They replied almost instantly and helped guide us though our issue! Fantastic customer service ! Exactly the type of people you want to do business with! So thankful

Got my pool opened aka took the cover off and turned on the power. Paid cash... and they were to come back.. to finish the process but never did. So I sorted it out myself. They also gave poor direction on the maintenance info. Avoid this home based unprofessional company. You Tube what you need for easy stuff and go somewhere else for important issues. I want my money back!

Booked a pool opening in April. No one showed up. No courtesy phone call. Really poor customer service. If you want reliability, go elsewhere.

Used their services for a pool openning. The brother were friendly, professional at veryyyy helpful. I have called and asked questions from them ever since. Cant put in words how good of a service i have received. Definitely gonna use their services again. Strongly recommended.

Had new pool measured and liner installed. G&G did an awesome job, came next day after liner came in to the supplier, arranged the water delivery and got it all done. Wouldn't go anywhere else, very satisified

Great customer service is still alive with G&G pool service. Amazing service! Very informative and helpful. I am a first time pool owner and was very nervous about a leak in my pool. They were prompt in their reply and eased my concern, enthusiastically answering all of my questions. They even offered additional assistance. I have found my pool service man and not only recommend them for the leak service, but will be using them for all my pool needs.

We've used these guys twice now. They installed our saltwater chlorine generator, and another time they installed a new pool liner. Both jobs done great! Two brothers and a Father, I believe. The Mom runs the show on the phone. I will use them again if needed.

We had a liner replaced in our pool by G & G pools. GREAT service and the price they gave me was spot on not a penny more. The installer left no mess or garbage when the job was done and they kept to the schedule. I would use them again for any of our pool needs. I have a family member who is going to be putting in a pool. I will be recommending G & G pools for the job. Thanks again for a job well done.
