First and last time going to this dealer, my truck was in for repair for over a month. Had the sunroof tracks replaced, masking tape was left on the roof for weeks that it adhered to the paint which took me 3 hours to remove safely without ruining the paint! Truck was giving back to me with grease boot marks all over! During the period of 4.5 weeks that the truck was there I had requested if they could check another issue I had with the truck and wanted me to set a different appointment on a later time to get it checked out! (Door keypad was coming off, clip or housing needed to be replaced) Also part of my service request was to get the works done (oil change and multipoiint inspection) which they didn't end up doing and I had to bring the truck back 3 days later and wait for an hour and half to get that done.. very unprofessional and unorganized!

I bought a new Ford vehicle (elsewhere in the north) last year and, now that I’m living in Windsor & in need of service, I chose Performance Ford to have my new vehicle serviced. The customer service l’ve received on the phone during two separate calls was great!However, the service I received in-person was very poor. When I expressed concerns about the service I was receiving I was pretty much given an “it’s not my problem” attitude and that they had no control over what the service people do/ the service schedule.Instead I was told that somebody else brought their vehicle in yesterday - 15 days before their appointment; and that there were 65 appointments today and 65 appointments yesterday.It sounds like they have too much business and don’t need mine and the treatment I received showed they don’t want/ need my business. I took my keys and left. I don’t believe in spending my hard earned money at businesses that don’t value me. There are plenty of other places to take my vehicle and money.Apparently the excellent service I received on the phone was through a call centre and not the actual Performance Ford location. It’s unfortunate the on-site customer service doesn’t match the call centre service.

So disappointing! They care until the car is off their lot. Had the greatest buying experience I have ever had at a dealer, but now that I need help with something, the help is non existent. Bought a pre owned car, requested a record for it, it has been almost a month now of contacting them and the service advisor won’t get back to me. Even emailed the “high ups” and they yet to respond. My sales person Moe was great, and he keeps bugging service for me, but they won’t even listen to him. Sure they’ll make the experience nice.. but don’t expect any loyalty or help once the car is off the lot. tried reaching out for almost 4 weeks before leaving a 1 star.

Unfortunately, I can’t say that I am impressed with my new vehicle purchase/lease experience with Chad at Performance Ford. Negotiations started out with all the promise of a good experience. Unfortunately things took a turn for the worse quickly and didn’t recover.The quoted price suddenly changed when signing day was finally upon us and we are sitting with the finance department, with no fore warning and the excuse of “sometimes it doesn’t add up at the end, we would have lost too much money”, I feel like that should not be the customers fault that you provided a quote incorrectly, regardless I should have been told before coming in a week later to sign.The parts that were to be ordered and installed prior to pick up was another disaster as only one of 3 promised was complete, again not a single mention of this fact before arrival at pick up. When I arrived to pick up at my pre booked appointment time, I was told I’d have to wait as “I just sold a car”, why bother making an appointment, my time clearly doesn’t matter. While I’m waiting I take a look at my brand new vehicle and there is still dirt and pollen from at least a week ago as it’s been raining for a week so clearly they didn’t think it would be good business practice to wash a brand new vehicle for the excited new owner.Fast forward another week in regards to my other 2 parts, well one supposedly came in and nope the sales guy Chad, who I clearly told what I wanted but whom didn’t deem it necessary to take any notes during our numerous conversations ordered the wrong part and the other one just wasn’t in. (I offered to provide part numbers for what I wanted.)Our experience with this dealership has been let down after let down with too many unfulfilled promises followed by excuses, I’ve purchased 5 new vehicles in 5 years(this will be the first and last one with Performance Ford) and I have never witnessed this state of disorganization or unprofessionalism.

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I brought my Ford Edge in for an issue with the lift gate not opening. I was called and told I needed to replace both the latch and gate motor and would cost $1200. After pressing the rep a bit on which device was the root cause, they advised that it was for sure the latch and the motor probably didn't actually need to be replaced but that I should do it anyway. After pressing more I was advised that I didn't need the motor replaced and they repaired the latch only for $600. A few questions and I saved myself from being robbed of $600. Do not take your vehicle here if you are not comfortable asking questions about your services.
