Fantastic skin care products, I impromptu purchased a Green Tea Soap Stories package which I’m loving! Great for reviving dry cuticles, and the exfoliating soap feels really good. I was taken care of by an amazing associate by the name of Tyler, super approachable, friendly, and really knew what he’s talking about. Would certainly recommend checking out for a last minute holiday gift or spa package!

I had a hydra facial with Zara. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I came. I had such an enjoyable relaxing experience. She was very gentle and careful and made sure I was feeling great. My skin looked so fresh and glowing afterwards! I loved how she went above and beyond and I can't wait for my next appointment and to try other services.

I received a free facial with Amy and it was absolutely top tier! She’s so gentle and listened to all of my concerns. She tailored the experience for my skin’s specific needs, and checked in to make sure I was comfortable with everything. She’s just so sweet and friendly! I have been going to this spa since 2018 and continue to love every experience I have there. I started going for facials and eventually upgraded my package to include body treatments. This is the best decision I ever made in my life. Adele (the amazing manager) always creates an amazing personalized package including my favourite radio frequency lifting and contouring my face. I can honestly say that I feel like my treatments are anti-aging as I am seeing reversals of sagging skin. I highly recommend them.

The team at Ainios are so great. Varinda was very knowledgeable and friendly, made me feel so comfortable during my facial. Travelled 8 hours and will definitely be back for an Ainios facial during my next Toronto trip!
