I have been going to Lisbon Auto Service for over 40 years. I started going there when the dad was the owner. He used to let me fix my own car and buy my own used parts so that I could save money. The safety rules have changed and that is no longer possible and that is actually a good thing. I have sent my own kids there for their car repairs. I'm not going to say that it's always perfect but, they have always been fair. And the next generation (the third) is already in training for the future.I wish them nothing but success.

Lisbon Auto is the best auto service shop in Kitchener. I've always been treated with honesty & have always felt the price to be fair. I've been having my vehicles serviced by Nuno & staff for 6 years and plan to keep using them as long as I live in KW.

very bad service bent my skirt when changing tires got mad at me when i mentioned it also didn’t tighten bolts to the tires proper !! on top of that would not give me a recipe when i asked for one !

Nuno has been the one taking care of my car for the past year and he’s replaced a couple of my coils. I keep having the same issue and decided to take it somewhere else and after they checked it out both coils that were replaced were missing parts and installed incorrectly. Please be careful and make sure to get the older and/or damaged parts. Although it won’t prevent a part being installed incorrect. If possible find another place that is reliable and honest.

Seems like a decent place just watch out for whoever drives the Ram 1500 with the shop decal on it. Whoever this person is shouldn’t be representing your business if they’re going to continue speeding and swerving in and out of city streets during a snow storm almost hitting me and other drivers. Not the best image for a business. Please drive safe everyone.
