From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, we were treated with smiles and much respect. The team is very transparent when answering our questions.We first dealt with Mohammad Ali. He was kind enough to answer me, even on his day off. He referred me to his phenomenal colleague, Simon. Simon is someone whom you feel like you’ve known for a long time. Very professional and friendly. He even stayed with us is after his shift had finished and told us not to worry at all.Negotiations were tough, but we reached a deal and I am now a proud owner of a 2023 CRV.Upon receiving the car, we sat with Jessica who was very inviting and personable. She went through the information and answered all our questions.Afterwards we went the car where Simon took the time to thoroughly explain every intricate detail. A great teacher with fun humour!Very reassuring and kind team. Highly recommend!Thanks Honda de Laval!

Dont bring your vehicle for repairs. Took 1 month to just get a appointment. Then another 3 weeks to get a front bumper repainted and a front side fender replaced. Then they try blaming your insurance for the delay to cover for their inability to prioritize you, because all care about is volume sales.Also a month before this, brought in my car for an oil change and ended up getting a check engine light the day after...following 2 weeks of troubleshooting on my own, I ended up finding a rag stuck in my air intake hose! (See pictures below) I had to investigate my self under the hood. I took my ODBII Reader and found multiple PXXXX codes for rich fuel! This nearly caused my catalytic converter to malfunction or worse, a blown engine!Did I get a sorry? Did I get anything from them to show they were really interested in keeping me as a customer? Did they do anything to try to make it right? NOPE! Nothing, Rien, Nada.The overall level of incompetence and lack of customer care and quality of service here is a joke. Une belle gang de crosseurs.Unless you have a real major issue that requires the dealer, go see a Mechanic who specializes in Japanese Cars. These guys will find any excuse to over charge you $$ for things that dont require much work and yet, they still find ways to take too much time or do a poor job. Honda vehicles are VERY common so you dont need to waste your time and money with these clowns in Vimont. Go to Spinelli or Lallier if you really must go to a dealer. I wouldn't trust buying a car from here either seeing how pathetic their service is.They just lost ANOTHER customer and I know they don't care. I am not the first nor the last. I suggest Calling the office de la protection du consommateur if you encounter constant issues with them.

Had a very bad experience with Gilles at the used car section. Came to try a 2019 Accord as I’m shopping, when it became obvious that i wasn’t looking to buy today he said that we’re both wasting our time here. This comment was very unprofessional on his part and he also showed no interest in my needs. Won’t be coming back.

I purchased Honda Civic 2023 from Honda De Laval and I must say that the whole process from the booking till the possession of the car has been superb.The professionalism of the staff and their cooperation is definitely one of the best. I live in Ontario and decided to have the car booked in Quebec, which people said was a move that could cause time wastage but instead I have saved a considerable amount of time, all because of the classic staff of Honda De Laval. We were guided and updated about every step and the paperwork was carried out smoothly without any issues.Mohammad Ali Lasfra, Josee Clermont and Caroline are truly amazing at their jobs and would not leave you hanging in case of queries and support.Overall amazing experience and I would suggest Honda lovers to select Honda De Laval for their next purchase.Amazing job guys, keep up the brilliant work.
