Used this cash deposit machine at midnight 2am. The service response and environment was friendly this entire plaza is amazing.

Don't deal with abhijit bedi, the FAI had a meeting with him, and I was waiting in the reception.He ignored me, and let other people to meet him however he sent me a confirmation email and he doesn't care!!Keep away

Abhijit Bedi is my Financial Advisor and Mutual Fund Representative. And he is very helpful and provides informations and help out needs.

A representative by the name of Kristen assisted me when my account was disabled due to suspicious reoccurring transactions. Kristen was able to assist in 10-15mins as opposed to calling the 1 800 # and being on hold for almost 2 hours then being told to go to a branch without reason. She is a very professional member at that branch. If you see this have a great day!

The front staff is fine, nice people they where always curtious and did there best within their means my problem is with scotiabank itself amd one of this branches employee. The financial advisor isn't good at his job he's never in office it's impossible to set an appointment with him and when you walk in the branch he's usually standing around talking to people. I left this joke of a bank because after being a customer of almost 10 years they still held my paycheck and only gave me $200 as a release, when I complained they said I'd have to speak to the financial advisor in which I called and left messages for a period of at least 2 weeks when I went in to close my account he was standing there laughing and joking around with another employee. Now that I need a statement I called in scotiabank I held for more than an hour just for the representative to hang up on me. Scotiabank is a joke take your banking elsewhere...

Excellent branch and customer service

Went to this location today to get a form filled out for rent, a form I have had this branch fill out before as well as other branches over the last 10 years and was told they don't fill them out was asked to pay $15 for a letter instead. Ended up going to a different branch to get it filled with no charge.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Erica and she was great. She followed up with me on calls and emails. She was super friendly and professional.

Actually ridiculous how they don’t pick up the phone and send you to a call center every single time. Shameful. Do your job
