Local and can find what you would normally order but they done offer the same discounts as the actual company does when there are promos and sales ect. So if you don’t mind to spend full price plus wanting the product in your hands sooner then chatters usually has what others like trade secrets do not.

Dana is excellent. I had balayage done and it turned out beautifully! She went above and beyond to ensure the quality of the overall look was perfect. Dana is knowledgeable about what hair products to use given the state of your hair and she even showed me how to properly style my hair with minimal maintenance. I have been to many places and I can tell she takes her time and does not rush which is the secret to having a good hairdresser.

Recently went here for the first time and was helped by Leigh, I just moved here, so I have been on the hunt for a new stylist, and I can say my experience with Leigh and Chatters will definitely have me coming back!I am in love with the haircut I got and Leigh did exactly what I asked for, and gave her opinion so I could achieve the best end results - another highlight was how FAST this entire process was; I had a wash, blow dry and cut all in 45 minutes and I didn't feel like it was rushed in any way.1000000/10, can't wait to come back!

I called to make an appointment, I asked what the price would be for what I was wanting done. She gave me a price that was very reasonable, so I then booked my appointment. The day of my appointment, someone else texted me from Chatters and told me that the previous girl had given me the wrong price, and it was double that!!! They didn't honor the price that was originally provided to me, so I canceled my appointment. To me that's terrible customer service!! They should have honored the price that had told me, or met with a price in the middle. Wouldn't recommend!

I visit frequently to pick up my hair dye and have been in for cuts and trims too. a great team that always greets me warmly, is super helpful and has be leaving with a smile
