If you want a project to go beyond schedule, with some inconsiderate workers that litter constantly and have little consideration for those that live at the job site, then go with these guys. But I suppose that's what you get with the lowest bid?

The absolute worst!!!! They use high powered blowers to do something a broom can do, extremely wasteful not to mention disturbing

High level of professionalism

There are people sleeping at five in the morning. Why are the workers allowed to make such loud drilling noises? Should I contact the local authorities? This is unacceptable.

I was visiting a friend at a condo where they were doing some work. One of the workers (whom I assume is Filipino) dropped some of his candy wrappers. The supervisor proceeded to talk in a horrible Filipino accent, telling the other workers (one of which, was also Filipino), ‘Where is the PILIPINO worker who left these candy wrappers’...I thought this was crass, and racist, especially since the guy who spoke the words, was white. And blatantly doing it in front of a Filipino guy.Don’t care how great the yard is, wouldn’t want anyone who thinks it’s okay to act and say those things, to do any work for me.

I have been using Salivan for almost 3 years and their service has progressively gotten worse. The first year they were hired, things were amazing, in 2021 if I had an issue the owner would come by, the staff was responsive and the crew came by pretty much at the same time every Friday unless it was a long weekend.During 2022, instead of a crew of two, there was one of three but the quality of service declined. It seemed like they spent 15 minutes just mowing the grass, they didn't turn the flower beds and they cut the wiring to our landscape lighting. They never seemed to have a schedule. One week they'd come on a Thursday, the following it was a Tuesday. There were many inconsistencies in their work but I was trying to be understanding as it was still during covid, I made a few inquiries but saw minimal response.Fast forward to the present day, I decided that we'd hire them again this year as we are no longer dealing with the pandemic. I was wrong, the crew comes at random times of the week. Today was the first time since the season started that they turned the flower beds and they didn't even do all of them, there are still trees that haven't been pruned. I've tried numerous times to get in contact with someone at their head office but no one has gotten back to me.Do yourself a favour and don't hire this company, they do not value their customers. I don't know what has changed since 2021 but it's for the worst.
