What an amazing experience so far. Nikki, Dr. Dimunno and Dr. Prouse have been amazing. Knowledgeable, supportive and provide a place where you can be comfortable. Years trying to deal with my family doctor did nothing and the issues I had weren't getting better. After my first consultation not only did I have more information than ever, I was prescribed the required vitamins my body simply needed. They knew exactly what to look for, educated me on everything and since then I feel like a different person. Our hormones are affected by so many different things and it was so comforting to know that not only was I not the only woman out there experiencing it, but that I didn't have to continue struggling. Couldn't have done it without this team.

I am so fortunate to have connected with Dr Prouse, Dr Spectar and Stephanie. They have all been phenomenal to deal with. I have met many people in the past that did not understand my challenges and could not help me. Both Drs are excellent at thinking outside the box and have been able to do tests to truly understand what my body is going through. I am finally on the right path. It is perfect to have a medical dr and naturopathic dr working together.Thank you IHH!

I am 50 and I have been struggling with a number of health issues. My girlfriend recommended IHH. Dr. Prouse and her team have been amazing. As a result of their testing, procedures (no guessing), diagnosis based on results, supplements and support i have lost 12 lbs so far, have more energy, less brain fog and I finally feel like I'm on the road to a healthier life. Dr. Prouse and her team are amazing. They are caring, responsive, nurturing and always have time for every question or concern you may have. They truly care about you and your health. I have never felt like I am a bother with questions - rather the opposite - they want to make sure you are comfortable and confident in your treatment protocol. Dr. Prouse is unlike any doctor I've ever met, she actually takes the time to get to the root cause of your illness or issues and never dismisses anything. I am so grateful for IHH and that I've found this clinic and its staff!

I came to Dr. Prouse in 2014 absolutely desperate for help. She has been absolutely amazing!!! She listened, ran multiple tests and put together a complete picture of where I was at with a plan to get me back 100%. Her positive attitude gave me hope and her expertise across multiple disciplines and therapies gave me the confidence to dive into my new protocols. Nikki V has been an excellent support. Dr. Sara has come alongside to work with Dr. Prouse in recent years and I value her knowledge and support as the work together as a team. Today I’m a different person! I should carry her business card around with me because I recommend her to anyone who’s dealing with adrenal fatigue and hormone issues.

I have been with the Institute of Hormonal Health and Dr. Prouse for about 5 years minus some time over covid. They have been an incredible support even when I did not know what I needed or what I was looking for to remedy multiple issues I was experiencing. Every woman should consult with a specialist like Dr. Kristy Prouse to help them transition through peri menopause and menopausal symptoms, or any hormone related symptom. She and her team are professional, knowledgable and responsive! It has been life changing for me! Thank you!

Dealing with Dr. Prouse and Dr. Spector has been one of the most positive and fulfilling medical experiences I have ever had. I felt heard, respected and not dismissed. All my concerns and questions were addressed in a timely and considerate manner. The supplements and treatments are expensive but I have experienced a noticeable improvement in my physical, emotional and digestive health since implementing their suggestions and treatment plan. I would highly recommend meeting with them if you have any concerns regarding hormonal or digestive health.
