my exhaust broke off just down the road,went in asked if they could take off dragging pipe. they welded it up to get me to toronto on time.(couldnt tell where was welded ,looked factory! awesome job,and out of a pinch!amazing garage to deal with! thanks again! 5 ***** stars!

I had a flat tire after work on the highway. I got off and called the closed mechanic which was Mark, he was friendly and gave me suggestions on pumping my tire up to drive it to him. He repaired it super quick and didnt charge me. Thanks again Mark!

My engine light came on just before entering the hills around Lake Superior in our newly owned RV. I was concerned about what might be the cause as we drove on into the Welland region of Ontario. I contacted Mark who reassured me that the light could be caused by any number of issues, mostly to do with the emissions system. I told me to bring it in and he could do a quick diagnostics test to determine the issue. Mark found and replaced 2 blown fuses, gave me 2 spares and suggested that the engine needed a solid tune-up as I was getting “random mis-fire” message. Again, Mark reassured me that the engine would get me back home to Saskatchewan where I should get spark plugs and wires changed out. Mark did all of this on the spot, within half an hour on a very busy Friday afternoon. Awesome service.

I wish I had found Marks Auto sooner, their attention to detail is second to none. There is a good atmosphere at this shop and is reflected in the way all staff treat their customers. There aren’t enough words to explain the generosity of this shop. I had travelled almost seven hours to the area to pick a used boat I had recently purchased, unfortunately it’s trailer had issues with the brake lights etc. I happened to see this shop and pulled in without an appointment late in the afternoon. Tim “the owner” of Mark’s Repair shop gave me the parts to repair my boat trailer lights and had offered to help me out right away. If you are looking for down to earth people and excellent service look no further. Thanks again for all your help.
