Horrible. My system wasnt monitored for 10 months. Dont bother, go to the big leagues.Reply to LANVAC, you have no record? Thats a very common response of companies that lack great service especially now that your reply is delayed just like your service. I really feel bad for your customers. So you say you dont have any record huh? So what do you call proof of email trails i have of your colleagues response with my account number? Let the picture speak for itself. I will just leave it there for ya. Just added a snapshot of your email communications between myself and your organization.Updated response to the owners: August 4, 2020This is a pretty professional review in my opinion.You dont reply to a customer saying you dont have them on record when i clearly show you an image of your response. Terrible service . Agent called to say there was an alarm 10 min after the fact , and could not tell me area was triggered . Untrained staff ...go elsewhere

Turn over rate is too high with their operators. Gets even the simplest of instructions wrong regarding changes on accounts or alarm response.
