Woke up today and noticed the skid plate on my car was resting partially on my driveway. Took it to Midas and like everyone else in this economy, dreading an expensive repair. Mike took good care of me, pulled off the skid plate and gave me multiple options, and didn't even charge me. Absolute god send, and beyond professional. 5 stars, absolutely recommended!!

Was just there to get my bmw exhaust done I show up asked a guy a question and he jumped down my throat ladie at the front desk was very nice but they didnt plan anything for a bmw it was all just out of order ! Definitely won’t be back !

What a great place!It was a very busy day in the shop today but while I was there I got to meet almost all of the staff. They were all amazing. Got me in last minute, did some great work on my vehicle, explained everything it needed and what it might need in the future, got me a great deal on parts when it was a little outside of my budget, and we're so friendly throughout the whole process. The other customers waiting were also really friendly as hat can say a lot about a business. It was my first time in and I'll be moving much of my car related business there. Thanks!

Will always go to Midas. They are a huge help and do their very best to make sure your car is the best. They go above and beyond any other mechanic place I have ever been (and I’ve been to a lot). 10/10 recommend

Midas in Belleville is brilliant! The people are very nice, and are so helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your car repairs are done right. I trust them and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I would recommend Midas Belleville to anyone.

Our exhaust pipe broke in the middle. The back part dangled 2” off the ground. We arrived at Midas 1 hr. before close. Helena (manager) fit us in when shop was busy. Tim (a super guy) fixed it thoroughly and was pleasant throughout. Super service, super people! No wonder we keep coming back. All the guys pitched in at some point. What a great team!

Great service and great people! They identified an issue during the oil change and rectified it the day after with no hassles. Very grateful for their attentiveness. I'll be a permanent customer from now on!

Came to Midas in Belleville for the first time a couple of months ago. I had a bad leak in my tire to be inspected. Richard let me know the tire was worn out and the other 3 were also in bad shape. Helena the Manager explained their current promotions thoroughly, so I replaced all four tires. This week I had my air conditioning inspected. Pat noted also a wheel bearing was going, so I had that done and was reinspected today by Tim. Helena, Chris, and the entire staff offer top notch service every visit. I highly recommend Midas of Belleville.

I took my truck in to get a brake check before vacation, back rotors and brakes were assessed as being completely gone and had to be beatin off with a maul, and 1200 for parts and service to the rear brakes…….I knew something was fishy and decided to take my truck to ford dealership up the road, they gave me my truck back 20 mins later saying there isn’t a thing wrong with my brakes! I caught these guys in the act!!! And god only knows how many more people they’ve gotten with this scam!! I’ve reported this buisness both to bbb and the mayor of Belleville!! Ford is also involved in the investigation!Chris was great with customer serviceBut a smooth talker doesn't help you get away with theft!!!You know who I am feel free to contact me anytime Midas!!
