Health Palace

I ordered 3 items online. I received a order confirmation for all 3 items and a shipping confirmation. The order arrived (late after a Canada post delay) and there was only two items in the box. I logged into the account and 1 of the items was canceled and refunded HOWEVER they did not email and tell me. I have been waiting for 4 days for this item I am out of and need to drive to a vitamin store anyways to pick it up. If they would send emails regarding canceling items I would have been fine with that but no notification besides a refund that I wouldn't notice until I review my statement.

I live in Saskatchewan and received my order within 12 hours of placing it. Extremely impressed!

I’ll never order from here again! Estimated 2-4 business days for local delivery (Markham to Toronto). Took 8 business days and two phone calls to get updates. On both calls they said it would ship out by end of day. Frustrating experience.

Update 2 - I came back for my third visit and Carlos definitely won me over. He recommended alternative supplements if mine weren’t in stock. He also offered to carry the exact supplement brand I need even though he doesn’t frequently carry that particular item. Very customized service. It was a rocky start but I’m an impressed customer.Updating my review - Spoke to Mark who took care of my order via email and then gave me a follow up call. Also spoke to Carlos (co-owner) who helped me as well. I explained my frustration of not being able to get a hold of anyone on the phone and he assured me he is taking care of it. I can tell he takes his business seriously and I appreciate it. Overall the store is really nice and has a large selection of products and brands
