Facility and machines in good shape and clean. The lady who was working was busy cleaning the time I was there. She was friendly and helpful. We are traveling, so we were unfamiliar with the machines. She very patiently helped me find the correct size washer and dryer. Thank you

Owner is starting to charge for parking during Freeport events, most recently the Sparkle Parade. This is a free event Freeport puts on for children and the community. It is in very poor taste to charge people to park. Either don't allow parking for events or give in and participate in the community atmosphere of Freeport.Snacks in the vending machine are expired as well, poor purchase on my part, buyer beware.

Very pleased with the fluff and fold/drop-off service. We had 4 huge bags of musty towels sheets and blankets from our camp, and got them all back folded and fresh - at a reasonable price as well. So nice to not to have to waste vacation time hanging out in the laundromat.

The place needs to be bulldozed. Blue tape is their signal a machine is not working. Saw a young lady in tears last week because she just fed her last $3 into a dryer, only to have it not work, and keep her quarters. Avoid at all cost.

Great place. Very clean, even though they are in renovations you don't realize it. I used the new big washers and it is the cleanest I have seen my blankets in awhile although I wash them all the time. Best laundromat and the people are so friendly. I highly recommend!

***UPDATE 2/7/22 I've been in a few times since my review and they seem to have fixed the issue. The machines all smell clean and fresh!i come here frequently and have been happy to see the recent renovations and upgrades. Attendants are generally friendly and helpful. Washers are high priced but the dryers are reasonable. However lately every time I come in there it smells like dirty diapers and it takes a while to find a machine that does not smell terrible. They need to figure out a better way to keep the machines clean and fresh smelling, especially for the prices they are asking. I’ve made a few comments about it to attendants but the problem seems to be getting worse.

I read the reviews about how much this laundromat has improved. I found it to be in decent shape, though it has the same issues as other 24 hour laundromats, people don't always clean up after themselves. Bring wipes. Machines in good shape, though you may have to wipe the one you use down. Prices high, but, the machines did a decent job. A few dryers and one change vending machine not in service. 25¢ for five minutes on the dryer. You may have to download an app and set up an account so you don't have to use quarters on the washers. Three tables for folding clothes and a good amount of carts to use. Vending machine for laundry supplies and drinks available. Good amount of parking. I used the Wifi from the McDonald's across the street. Place looks like it sees janitorial services.I would use this laundromat if I'm staying in the area again. Mine and a New York license plate were the only foreign plates in the parking lot:).I think the name is changing to Lighthouse Laundry.

It's incredible what a little TLC did to this little laundromat. It is very well maintained and clean. All machines in working order. No need to use any coins, but you can if you want. They have contactless payment with the option of coin operation. The best part? The owners have an adorable loving friendly golden retriever that will let you get your puppy fix (all dogs are puppies to me) If you're not a dog lover, first of all what's wrong with you? Second of all, he will leave you be if you show him no attention. Third of all, how can you not love doggies?

Well, most big machines are broken. The Soap dispenser is broken as well. But! I was able to do a quick load of laundry and the dryer worked well; a full load was totally dry in 35-49 minutes. I also used the change machine and it worked with my newer $5 bill. it's clean and well-lit enough.

A lovely laundromat experience! Clean and bright. Machines for extra large loads and small loads. Plenty of parking. If you need a laundromat in the Freeport area, this is the place to go.
