This place went downhill. The old chef is gone. Pork belly rice the meat is dry. Hair in the bowl of the soup. Sticky rice dessert…. normal white rice and called that sticky rice.

Beautiful atmosphere, nice view of the kitchen. The food was okay, I enjoy a more traditional ramen. They have their own distinct flavor broth.

A little on the pricey side for noodles, like Japanese Ramen, bit you do get unlimited noodle refills. The meat toppings are all fo good and slow cooked and tender. The price was $16 each for the beef and pork noodles. $13 for the back ribs noodles.

Environment is comfortable, service is good, noodles are free to refill, the amount of rice is huge, flavor is nice, and you can choose spicy level. Drawback is over greasy, including the rice topping fried tomato and egg, the sauce of the dried noodles and the soup of regular noodle. I got a bit indigestion symptoms after the meal.

Delicious noodles. The noodle texture was very good. They have unlimited noodle refill which is great for people who eat a lot. I also like how they close pretty late. Service was good and restaurant was clean.

Had lunch here and tried the beef brisket noodles. Beef was cooked well and was very tender and came with plenty of noodles. The soup was a bit flat. Mostly salty and lack additional depth of flavour, and wasn't spicy even though I picked a higher spice level.

Out of the 3 types of noodles (egg noodle, potato noodle, and rice noodles), rice noodles is the best.Mild spice without numbing spice is my limit.Salty crispy chicken, I ordered. Very crispy and batter is not thick, very good. I would suggest to have the chicken on a side bowl though all in the same bowl looks better. Soaked in soup takes away the crisp.Payment in cash gets a small dessert. The Chinese ingredients are good. The jelly part is in too big the pieces but the spoon is a teaspoon. Cutting into smaller pieces will make it easier to consume. The server is very nice and friendly.Nice to try. Food is good.

Hey there noodle lovers and curious readers! I recently checked out Hey Noodles and I gotta say, the experience was a bit of a mixed bowl.Let's start with the noodles themselves - they were decent, but not quite enough to make my taste buds do a happy dance. Now, onto the salty spicy chicken - well, let's just say it didn't quite hit the spot. Papa Chang's version is definitely tastier, so if you're craving some spicy poultry, head on over there instead. Now, here's where things get a bit noodle-y. The price tag for a bowl of noodles at Hey Noodles is pretty steep - $18 for some carbs and broth? Yikes. Sure, they offer free noodle refills, but if you're already stuffed from an appetizer, good luck fitting in more noodles. As for the service, well, let's just say I didn't feel the warm and fuzzy noodle vibes from our waitress. Not the friendliest gal in town, that's for sure. But overall, I'd say Hey Noodles is more of a meh" than a "wow" for me. Maybe go check it out if you're in the mood for some pricey noodles and lukewarm service

First, I would give the service staff here 5 stars. She is always courteous and efficient. Problem is the owner here need to hire more than one front staff, especially at busy times. The noodles are generally quite good, but often the soup is not hot enough (sometimes even luke warm). The pork belly is very good. The menu overall is in the pricey side.

Wow so much flavours in a bowl! You can choose your level of spiciness. They offer unlimited noodles refill with certain menu options too. The friend chicken was ok. The dessert was a solid 10/10, super refreshing!
