It's not open on Sunday, which is the one day most if not all Family Doctors are closed

It is near impossible to reach my doctor (dr. Daly) at the very least I should be able to leave him a message but nobody answers the phones half the time and when they do are not very helpful. Disappointed in the communication and how hard it is to contact my doctor, especially in emergency situations.

Very negligent - I advocate for myself in the health care system as I am a previous crown ward without family currently! I find it extremely challenging to get any of my medical concerns addressed or taken seriously! Dr. Anne Marie Zjadelik and the Hope Health Team(in particular) I just feel incredibly un-resourced and poorly supported in my personal pursuit of health and wellness!

The Health System in Ontario is going from bad to worse and this Family Health Team is even worse! I come from Europe and I regularly visit it. The difference between the services is night and day. To begin with, you can book your own appointments online with your family doctor. When you have to book a specialist, they can tell you right away your appointment day and even give you different options. They always try to give you the earliest appointment possible. Here on the other hand, they send the request to the specialist, and then they wait..and they wait..and this waiting game can last months..meanwhile, you can get sicker and if you call to check upon your request they tell you that they are waiting, no other help, and if you feel worse, call to make another appointment or go to the ER...Seriously? We pay a lot of taxes (happy to pay taxes for health and education) but I want to receive at least the same service that I can get in Europe, paying the same amount of taxes. The system can work if they could just be more efficient and perhaps copy from other countries (not the US).So now, I have to wait until I get to see one of the doctors that they have sent my referral to, without checking if there is availability with other doctors in Guelph or elsewhere. They didn't even ask if I mind driving. I would drive anywhere to be able to see the specialist right away, and not wait until it may be too late. Time is key for prevention and if I have been having symptoms for months and not getting better, how am I going to get better in months until I see the specialist? And the best part is the excuse...Covid...that since Covid everything is delayed..I think that the main problem is that doctors don't want to work and they are trying to establish a private system like in the States, rather than a more social and equal system like in Europe. Greediness!

I don't understand why you can't make appointments, keep getting told that I have to call in the morning to see if appointments are available, that's not at all convenient, I want to book an appointment

extremely dismissive reception staff, they will treat you like they want nothing to do with you. ableist receptionists don’t make for an inviting health care environment

Receptionists didnt return my THIRTEEN phone calls after i attempted to make an appointment. Not a good experience so far

Horrendous handling of my health care.I have been contacting the office for over 3 weeks now for renewals of my prescriptions, but my doctor has completely ghosted me. The receptionist assured me last week she would reach out to my fam doctor then call me back - nothing. This is unbelievable for a psychiatrist's office. There is NO case in which a patient should be forced to chase up their doctor over and over and over again just to get medication renewed. Doctor appears to have also missed an appointment with me and never followed up with that either.I should note that when I was first referred to this clinic, they set a date for my appointment. The day before I called to confirm - guess what! Doctor doesn't work there anymore. Back into the waiting list you go. Wait another month.UNREAL.

Claimed I had 2 no shows and that they had closed my file. Completely false and one of the times the Dr. did not contact me - not that it matters. It took me months to get an appointment in the first place. Refuse to let me speak to my Psychiatrist. Unbelievable to think a psychiatry clinic handles patients this way.
