Through the recommendation of our cousin we hired Joel. And Joel did not disappoint. Very professional and informative. He also helped us install a down spout that we purchased. We had a corner that constantly dripped, Joel helped us seal that corner. It took a couple of try’s, it was a stubborn corner. But Joel never gave up. Prompt. Thorough. Reasonable. Excellent communication. Highly recommend.Finally got the windows cleaned today. I like to get them done just before Christmas so I can see the colored lights in the (neverending) dark. Winter is the worst here... the low sun lights up every spec of grime on the outside of the glass for months on end.Joel did a great job, especially considering the mess he had to deal with. I had tape and glue on the inside of my West facing windows which I was unable to remove myself. He got them sparkling again. I'm so pleased with my clean windows! I'll be getting Joel to treat the roof for moss and clean the gutters next summer too.
