Worked at IRT for 2 years and can say this is a great company to work for. Whether you are looking for a position as a driver, mechanic or office staff, everybody at this company is very well taken care of. Some of the nicest equipment in all of Canada, trucks and trailers are maintained great. This company has thrived through the pandemic and drivers can go working here knowing there is not a shortage of work. Family type environment with management that cares for all employees and are felt valued on a daily basis.

Nice equipment but untrustworthy office staff and supervisors, they'd rather fire you than work with you over minor incidents. Lots of big promises during the interview none to come to fruition. Just another trucking company with a fake safety culture that claims to care so much about their drivers.

Can I give these guys more than 5 stars? Had a tricky move with a 60 ft wellsite trailer into BC. All of my questions were answered quickly and professionally and they worked out every detail of the route to make sure things got where they needed safely. The pick up and delivery were amazing - delivery location was quite challenging due to terrain but it all went just great and they worked flawlessly with my local guys to get the trailer into place. Amazing and friendly communication from start to finish with a very fair price. Highly recommend these guys if you want stuff done right!

Great experience all around to be working with. Clear communications and always followed up.One of my employees booked off (covid-19). I was short a guy to help me out on site. That’s when Connor went out of his way and beyond for me. He helped me out while I was recording the move that he hired me for.The Inter-Rail Transport team on site were amazing. They made sure they kept an eye for me as I was walking around recording them. Ensuring I was never in their blind spot and that I was in a safe location.

Been working here for almost 3 months and I can say I genuinely like it here, and coming into work. I have support from my managers, and co-workers, a decent work load, fair pay, and they are respectful here.The staff here goes above and beyond for co-workers if it's work related or not. Worked for IRT for a year as a class 1 driver. Best place I have been employed under. One of a kind for a team . Only reason I moved on was due to starting my own business. It wouldn't take me much thought to go back if I ever wanted work .
