Dealing with the person(s) picking up my item was the only positive thing out of this experience. They are not up front about cost and hidden fees, their ladies answering the phones needs a little more training in the customer service area and when I finally got my items they did not want to take responsibility for the damages to my furnitures (which was not damaged when they took it from my house) . Andrea their rep that deals with these issues just bluntly told me that they only cover for full lost of items and not damages and pretty much gave me a run around of who I need to talk to when I basically dealt with them for the process. Anyways they will be hearing from my legal team

My experience with Sea Jamaica has been amazing. My shipment arrived in 2 weeks and I got through customs no issues at all. I will definitely use them again :).

I had a nasty interaction with a female manager. She was VERY aggressive when I was trying to arrange my boxes, she insisted I send them separately (so she could charge me for each box). In hindsight, it was a money move for her, which was pointless, because I told her I had a bunch of things, and I would come back (spend more money when I ship my other suff)My options are limited with quality shipping agents we have in the community, so its sad even writing this review, BUT I shouldn't have to suffer, just so they can make money.ALSO, BE PREPARED TO PAY ANOTHER FEE TO THE COMPANY WHEN YOUR ITEMS ARRIVE AT THE DESTINATION!

Absolutely no communication skills and using busy as excuse. I’ve used them over a period of time but never again. Need to learn ways to get info from customers without arguing. Buhbye

Will never use this company again! Can never get anyone when you call. There seems to always be delays in the last year. Picked up my barrels on September 9th, told they would be shipped September 16th and arrive in Jamaica by Oct 7th. Didn't get any calls or anything to say it was delayed. They dis not arrive until last week! 3rd time is the last time for me!

This was my first experience with Sea Jamaica and it was fabulous. They customer service rep was Chris. I was pleasantly placed on hold; waited for about 5 minutes (this is not unusual. I have waited 40 minutes for Rogers and 32 minutes for TD for example) and had an informative pleasant conversation with Chris. I will provide an update after other services.

2nd time I've used Sea Jamaica, on time pick up, reasonable pricing, courteous drivers. I haven't had any unpleasant experiences with them and I would recommend and use them again in the future.

Extremely poor and rude customer service. Prices are not cheap either. Try another shipper, any of them have to be better than Sea Jamaica.

I ship my barrel to Jamaica July 2022 and my items got to Jamaica Sunday before emancipation day. That whole entire week I called and the customs officer was rude to my ladies who would receive up the barrel from the location in Kingston. I paid harm and a leg and then once I get my barrel and sorted out majority of my items was gone from what I had listed on my listed from my inventory. I then called sea Jamaica and this was her response the” person who received your barrel must have took out the items “ repeating the that I have told her that was wrong “ allegedly how can you just pretend as if this is ok to just not try to find out or even be more of a better resolver in this issue with my barrel. I’m going to court with this one. Second time sending with this company and the second time my barrel was theif from one of the receiver I had on my bill of landing. Arrangement were that she was to go with my family members to clear the barrel instead she theif and do not answer her phone while she was in Jamaica. Call sea Jamaica explain the situation and they couldn’t have help either not even to track the lady who allegedly had my goods ! Terrible experience and I’m not sure about this company !

Priscilla customer service skills was amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns without frustration or attitude. Well done! We need more customer service like this. #toptier
