Best pet store in town! All staffs are super friendly and helpful. All of them comes with deep knowledge of pet supplies and how to take good care of one. To me, personally, there’s a huge surprise, they can speak several languages, English, Cantonese and Mandarin, this means a lot to a new immigrant. It’s been an honour to visitor such precious pet store here in Richmond.

Lansdowne Centre Juicy Pet's the new short little cashier had a very bad attitude, talking to the customer with a bitter face, just as customers owed her money. The cashier does not dress properly , wearing too revealing. I really have a really bad shopping experience here. No recommendation

I would like to comment on what happened to that customer:First, when this customer brings her dog to your store for a haircut, it is impossible for her to insult your employees as soon as she enters the door. This is unreasonable and shows that you are distorting the facts.Second, when your unreasonable extra charge fails to be realized, you ignore and neglect the customer. It is your bad service attitude that caused the customer's anger.Thirdly, there was no other customers to comfort this customer at that time, and no customers was frightened by it. After the customer who was treated rudely asked to communicate with your manager and was strongly rejected, she was indeed angry. It was true that the customer spoke a little louder in her anger, but customer never use any insulting language towards your staff.Fourth, when the customer asked your staff should apologize for it when she come back to pick up her dog, because you don't want to have no apology and you don't want to be complained, so you don't want to let the customer come to the store again, and refuse to support her dog shearing.The eyes of the masses are discerning, open the door to do business, you must be kind and honest, you charge extra fees for no reason, and slander customers and use insulting language to your employees, these need real evidence, this customers will reserve the right to sue you!

I like shopping here. Wide variety of goods. Cute things! The only problem is they’re overcharged on GST/PST (I bought a lot so I found it incorrectly) The staff just explained “this’s machine calculation.” Please fix it. This is uncomfortable like I’m dumb :(

My dog got her first haircut here , and all I can say is , HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Remember to book ahead of time. The kind staff was able to fit me in very quickly. Thank you so much Juicy Pet! My dog looks like a brand new dog :)

Hands down the best groomers in Richmond! I've never been disappointed with their service, they also have amazing availability for toys, food and treats! Super cute little shop!

Best pet store in Richmond. Affordable prices with many good options to choose from. My cat loved their meat purée stick 肉泥棒 so much! Highly recommend

Very good customer service also in the area they are the only ones who carries Acana doggy food in the area. We went in, they also have cute doggy leashes and beds.
