Charles Fontaine has been my audiologist for many years; he guided me expertly and gently along the path to the joy of hearing clearly again with my first aids. When he and his colleague Praise Chow opened Elevate Hearing a year ago I was relieved and delighted to continue the relationship in their bright and beautiful Fairview office. The complete confidence I have in Charles' care is confirmed with every visit for hearing tests, wax removal and consideration of next steps.

I have seen Praise Chow for many years. Now that she is at Elevate Hearing, I will continue to see her. I experience sudden hearing loss in my right ear Aug of 2022. I found Elevate Hearing online after a bit of a confusing experience with a ENT specialist. Charles is SO kind, he explained to me what probably happened to my hearing, what my options were moving forward, and how I can adjust to my new single sided deafness. He made a referral for me, and I received a hearing aid based on his recommendation. I noticed it has helped balance environmental sounds a lot.The receptionist is very kind, warm, and welcoming. Charles Fontaine of Elevate Hearing is the most knowledgeable and competent audiologist I know. I have severe hearing loss. After many years, even decades, of not hearing well, Charles was the one who really helped with my hearing needs. He was able to find solutions to complicated situations, to enable me to attend lectures and participate in discussions and conversations.
