BMO Bank of Montreal

Recommendation - Do not visit. Pathetic very pathetic experience.This branch applied my credit card without my consent. This gave Hard hit on my credit score. Please be very careful and avoid visiting them. Felt big big mistake by opening account here. Update- Got call from BMO and hopefully they will resolve my issue. Issue not resolved.

Highly recommend this branch of Bank of Montreal, good service and great communication, Meryem was very helpful.

Horrible bank,Had an appointment, the “specialist “is playing on his phone and chatting with his colleagues the whole time. I been waiting for an hour .Then the person gave me multiple wrong information. I have to deal it on the phone for multiple times because I can fix his mistakes.

Good ExperienceI went to this branch and had very good experience. I had my appointment exactly at 9:30 with DUC Pham. He was very polite and very knowledgeable on what he is doing. He answered all my queries and was very helpful.

Why you are close around 1:00 pm today. I was there. I checked your service hour here, you are supposed to be open until 5pm. Update your schedule here so that customers will not be confused and not wasting their time.

The ATM ate my money (almost 300$) and this is the 4th time I call BMO and NOTHING has been done. They tell me they are investigating but won't return my money until they find out what happened. I've been told that it may take up to a week but I keep explaining to them that if I deposited the money 4 days ago ITS BECAUSE I NEEDED IT 4 DAYS AGO. Plus I called this morning and they told me its minimum a week so they are saying that it might take longer. It is impossible to contact this bank and the phone service can only write stuff in your file so I suppose that's what taking so long. I hate this bank I am so glad I switched banks.edit: after calling more than 4 times, waiting for hours on the phone and being lied constantly that I will be called back (they never called back, I had to call and wait) and them saying every time I call it will take 1 week, I got my money only ONE MONTH later. I really can't believe I pay service for this bank???? I've been a client for more than 10 years and I don't feel like a client at this point I always have to run after them for my money, but when I owe THEM money I get harassed. I am hoping to switch banks soon.re-edit: my brother had his money ate by the machine too and once again always a struggle with this bank.
