We came in for lunch today we have never been to this location before. It was extremely dead inside not busy at all. Our server was polite but she did not seem like she knew a lot (could be new) our 2 glasses of water & 2 drinks took over 15 mins to come again it was not busy at all. The food appy we got was the beef Antojitos (we’ve had them before from our favourite location at tsawwassen mills) they were extremely droopy and just not made right… our mains took forever to come as well. I went to go use the ladies room and right away the washroom hits you with a horrible seem and it is not clean AT ALL the toilets are broken their dirty the floors is nasty, the sink and trash are just gross. I was not happy with this at all. I overly hated this experience and will not be returning to this location at all. It messed up our lunch experienceI would like to add tho that the staff was friendly but the owner and management really need to figure out their service on food and timing as well as keeping it clean and hygienic

Seated quickly, quick and friendly service, yummy food. Lots of choice on the menu but we went with pizza because Boston Pizza!

It's pretty good for a chain restaurant. The waitress was friendly, but probably overworked as we didn't see much of her. It took over 5 mins after we were seated before she showed up to take our drink order and almost 10 min to get the drinks to us and to take our food order. It was the same when it came time to pay our bill. We waited awhile after we were finished eating before she came by again. The Cactus Cut Potatoes and Wings were really good. The pizza, on the other hand, was pretty bland. We ordered the Tropical Chicken. They advertise it as spicy chicken breast" but it wasn't spicy at all. The beef dip was flavorful

Really enjoyed the beef dip. Beef was tender and very flavourful. I have enjoyed several different pasta dishes before, and they are all great. Our server was very good. Actually the service has been great every time I have been here. Food came quickly and was perfectly cooked.

Ordered the Big Dipper. The onion rings were a nice touch but the beef slices were slightly overcooked and not cut thinly so they kept falling out when dipping. Not recommended. Service was good but food came out a little slow due to the busy Saturday lunch hour. On the other hand, the kids’ meal portions were quite large and worth the price.

The server was attentive, we accidentally spilled salt over everything and the server was kind enough to give us fresh Fries. The wait time is not long and it’s also nice to be able to get a nice drink while you’re there. Loved the ambience of this location. Customer service is 10/10

This Boston Pizza is one of the few restaurants located at Tsawwassen Mills. Their food is typical of all Boston Pizza restaurants but even then it is sometimes hit and miss with the food being somewhat over cooked (our nachos and cactus cut fries were both somewhat burned). But my biggest complaint is their customer service. Rarely are you ever greeted when you enter and when you are greeted there is no smile. Sometimes you wait many minutes to be seated even though the restaurant is empty. We have only once in four visits had a friendly waitress. But because of its location sometimes we are short on options to eat elsewhere.But if you are visiting any Boston pizza, the Cauliflower Buffalo Bites and the Spinach Dip with seasoned bread are really good. And they have huge screens on which to watch your favourite events.

walked in around 4pm, looks not busy. after being seated, we ordered Hearty Jalapeño Popper Dip, and 2 glasses of water no ice. After at least ten minutes, server brought us 2 glasses of water with ices. Then another 20 minutes the food came, cactus cuts very soggy and the the plate with dip with burnt mark on the plate edge. i am not sure if its from the baked dip or the plate is dirty. We talked to another server about it, he said it is from the food
