UPDATE FROM OWNERS RESPONSE:Okay i *did* not know that carrier oils could not go in a diffuser. Thats my fault and thank you for bringing it to my attention. *However i was still sold 100mL when i paid for 125mL.* Regarding the neroli, i went to an actual knowledgeable person and they were able to find out that while it was neroli, i was a very low quality and was actually from Delhi. She showed me real neroli and it smelt vastly different. Thousands of dollars more $$$.--------------------------I boutgh pink lotus 5% diloution. When diffused, the entire apartmenr was ashy and smoke. Clearly it was used with harmful/toxic ingredients. Iordered a 125ml bottle ans sent me a 100ml. It was also packaged in a plastic bottle not amber glass whihc was sure disingegrate the bottle and inside dilution.Fuether more i boight their neroli essential oil, and it smell incredibly toxic and impure. It was at 50% and i guess i should have known that this is a scam company. I fell for the 50% off discount when it was really them moving faulty prodcut. Neroli is never ever cheap.Return issues: you will never get 100% of your refund for your purchase and pay for returnning shipping. You only getb75% of the original cost you paid minus taxes and shipping.This is the most obvious red flag. If they were confident and/or not KNOWINGLY AWARE THEIR PRODUCTS WERE MOSTLY FAKE they would not have that return process." Its simply to deter you from regengaging with them and to legally act upon for small business claims or further legal action.Highly disappoinmented
