I loved this course and found it to be a very helpful tool! She helped me notice the stories I tell myself verses the truth of situations. She gave me positive directions I can take action on if I want to have a different out come. Our conditioning behaviors start very deep in our hearts and the way we react to our circumstances my just be bad habits. Charlene is a caring and intuitive listener that never judges you! She speaks from her heart and life experiences which gives her a lot wisdom to draw from. I think everyone can use a helping hand along this tough journey we call LIFE!

I do not recommend Charlene to anyone, All she did was give the wrong advice and I will never ask for help again. Very disappointed.
