Went in to print off a couple patterns that I had purchased online. I explained to 2 staff members that I am not very good with computers or my iPad, and could they help me with getting them printed. They said they couldn't help me, and gave me a card with instructions on how to do it. After some time trying to figure out how to do it, the female staff member did print one of the patterns, but would not help in getting the other one done. I struggled for at least another 15 minutes and gave up. Paid for the one, and left the store feeling very frustrated. I will never go back there again! If there was a negative star I could use to show my dissatisfaction I would use it!

no customer service for customer with limited computer skills

I've not dealt with in-store as I place all my orders online and pick up is simple/easy. The online print services are slow and painful. Every year I order a calendar from here, because I can't find another service, and every year the website is the exact same. It is slow, glitchy and unreliable. Many times I've had to redo a calendar. One calendar takes me 3-4 hours because it won't load, some functions won't work or the page won't move on from its previous one. I do not recommend and I am looking for a new calendar printing provider.
