It's a good feeling knowing there are facilities like yours to help people in need. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Love that they help the homeless. But don't like that they encourage the drugs there. They only help people if they're homeless for a year with subsidized accommodations. And most of them are drug addicts. Really wish that they would help more than just the homeless. there's so much more people that there that need help than just the people that go in there that drink their coffee and eat the food there.

Incredible what they did for me during my stay with them in 2021. These people should be held in the highest esteem! They help the helpless! They show incredible compassion to those that society deems unworthy! Sarah Peddle and her people literally saved my life! Angels of mercy! A million blessings to all that work there!

They need to stop wasting funding and should be screening those they help for a success rate on actually being successful at rehabilitating and getting out of the struggles they are in. Instead I've gone to them on and off for the past 4 years technically 12 but actively past 4 years just to have people be ahead of us get helped with a place and furniture all for them to lose it all because Busby neglected to work on and help them with there drug addiction first.... people should honestly look into what they donate funds to and make sure your funding is used properly and not wasted on someone's drug habit..... the screening process would provide them with knowledge as to who will only need housing funds and who needs extra help with things like drug issues before giving them housing, maybe make sure they're clean.

Extremely unprofessional. I took my uncle out of the program to come live with me out of the Simcoe region. The rude case manager claimed she didn't know he left barrie.. he was gone for a month, don't you think she would have tried to reach him if she was his case manager? We tried to reach them many of times for things he needed including money. They are now withholding the rent money that was due on the first but saying he can't have it until the 4th. Extremly rude and unprofessional.

Excellent staff, kind, friendly and very supportive. All go out of their way to put smiles on faces of people and build confidence.

These people help the homeless with food, shelter and clothing items. I drop off socks in the winter, but they also need other things like hats etc. So if you have something to give including cash, give them a call and donate, its a good feeling to be able to help those in need.

Every other day there's an ambulance there. It's good that they're trying to help the homelessness. But, most the people hanging out there aren't homeless, choose not to work and take advantage and expect to be treated like they are more important
