Food was good but the service was awful. There was only one person working at 6pm on a Friday and they were rude. They also charged us for a meal and then didn't give us the fries and started the next customer's order. $40 for a small wrap, large wrap and 2 drinks is ridiculous.

Poor customer service. No greeting, no hi but she said hi to the other customer. She was banging stuff as if she wasnt happy were ordering, her facial expression is as if she was making a face,but on the other customer her tone became friendlier. Of course i will be upset too especially if we kept thanking and never did i hear her once say thank you or welcome back. What is her problem? Does she prefer only certain people to order from her if thats the case just put a sign up for those who you want to accommodate or cater to coz if I had known why would i bother at all and put myself in a position i would be treated like we should not eat there. Why would i bother why would i break my peace just for a wrap. Come on. If business only wants to cater to certain people then better yet just put up a sign at the entrance for qualifications or whose only allowed. Simple problem solved

Very poor customer service. The attendant was on the phone while taking my order. Not attentive. The lettuce was brown. Was not happy with my experience overall. I have never experienced this at any other prairie donair so it must be this location.

Pretty good food, love the flavor of the meals but just a little too rich for my blood. Overall a pretty good place to eat at. Very friendly staff and it has a nice calm atmosphere there.

15 people had take out lunch. How are we supposed to eat when there was no spoon and fork. Wasted lunchtime just to buy a plastic spoon in the grocery. Few people have to eat with their hands.

Super delicious and very fresh. Nice staff, clean, fast service. Usually when I’m in a town for work I’ll try somewhere different each night, but I was craving it all week! 10/10 donair shop! Thanks for the healthy eats!

The service was friendly, but a bit on the slow side. It was only one guy though, so it makes sense. He was doing his best. The food was delicious. Very tasty and decent portion for the price.

I stopped off here on my last road trip and grabbed a vegetarian donair.1. It was DELICIOUS. Great vegetarian options. I prefer the falafel offered here than at other locations.2. The salad bowl option is also really great!3. The staff were super friendly and offered great customer service.4. They were quick and I was in and out in no time!
