So a Thursday night at 5pm. One of the machines has no money, other ate some guys card. Than Sunday dec 4th bank is completely locked during downtown market before 3pm. So you have no problems taking my fees but get to choice when I take out money.Or do you get kickbacks for everyone having to use other banks machines. Incurring charges

I had an appointment for 2:15pm, but the advisor didn't show up when I went there. And upon asking if I can have anyone else help me, the teller told me that there was no one except for this one other person. So I had to wait in the middle of my break from work and guess what? The other person didn't show up either after 30 mins of waiting.0/5 on Customer Service.

ABM closed on Saturday and Sundays. Doesn't help people who work 9-5 during the week. VERY unclear on their website what is open and what isn't.

Worst customer service ever had in a bank, the guy on the floor doesn’t have any idea what he is doing seems confused on his own. Staff should be trained before letting them go on floor,Last time I went there to increase credit limit of my friend the lady helped him and was done in minutes and this afternoon the same lady was beside this guy and I was the only customer there and they asked me to book a appointment which completely seems absurd .Worst customer service again.

Scotiabank is the worst bank I have ever experienced. I only had a credit card with them, and they created tons of trouble. First of all, they needed me to go to a branch for anything, and not just any branch, they asked me to go to my home branch ONLY, which is two hours drive from where I work. After submitting the documents for a very simple task, this branch told me it will be done in a few days, but actually, they let me wait for a whole month, without any words. I called a million times trying to reach the branch, but unable to access anyone that can help me.For whoever wants an easy an quick banking, don't use Scotiabank.

This is the worst Scotiabank I've been to. On top of their ABMs being out of service nearly every single time I've come, all of the people I've worked with here have been very predatory, trying to turn me cancelling a savings account into a 45 minute lecture on needing to save for retirement.

This location of the bank of Nova Scotia is located conveniently downtown Kitchener on King Street. It is easily accessible, and not far from bus and train station and parking is free for two hours if you are lucky enough to find a spot. The branch is spacious, clean and organized. The only thing that I did not like was their ABM's that do not have the option to select choices of bills prior to withdrawal of cash. They only pay clients in tewnties, and this might be okay sometimes; however, the option for larger bills would be great if supported in the future.

No access to ATM on weekends, and I pay fees for what?! So I can take money out at another ATM and get more charges. I don't drive so that is my only option if I want cash.
