Terrible customer service. Terrible response time. Terrible Engrish and repeated communications regarding orders. Great product, so if you can stomach getting the run-around for a few weeks then they make great flooring.

Customer service was poor at the counter lady was rude and they made me wait or 30 mins and i was only getting extra boxes 10 and they loaded someone else up first before me even though i was there before them i'd find somewhere else to do business.

Very bad experience from this flooring company. The receptionist is very rude. Company holds meeting at 10am, no one takes order in the front desk and loading in the warehouse. Sometimes need to pick up order from second warehouse. No one work in the second wearhouse. Spending extra time to wait. A company not really care about customer servise.

Horrible customer service. Waited 10 mins for someone behind the desk to talk to me ( I was the only one in the store) and they had 8 people behind the desk talking Chinese. Plus, their products do not have floor score which I learned is important to have.
