Great shopping experience! The shop has a fantastic and HUGE selection of dresses with options for all sizes (0-20+). There are more options in smaller dress sizes but there are racks for larger sizes and in stock dress options for all sizes to try on. I love the fact that there are hundreds of dresses in stock and could be taken home on day of purchase - great for those coming from out of the area. Rina was very helpful and knowledgeable. Be sure to book an appointment!

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had with shopping. I went online and booked an appointment and when I got there, there was another girl who also had an appointment. The issue was is that there was only one employee and two customers until a really rude lady comes out from the back and starts helping. I tried on a dress, which I loved, and since there’s only one mirror, the other girl also saw the dress. She loved it as well, so I let her try it on just for fun. When she tried it on she said she really liked it and wanted to get it. The rude lady was now saying you have to decide right now if you want this dress. I ask if I can finish trying on the dresses I picked out or if I can have a few minutes to think about it. She says no and so I left. It was completely unprofessional and the lady was just incredibly rude. Extremely bad customer service. I would recommend going to Oksanas instead

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We made our appointment and I got the days mixed up. They were so kind and incredibly accommodating! The store is beautiful and has dresses in ALL SIZES! The girls who work there are incredible and efficient and the owner is helpful and appreciative of her customers and staff! Clearly a local store and I am very impressed with the store, it’s selection and the service!! We said yes to the dress and I will refer this store to many friends!! Thank you

This was the first place I visited for a grad dress back in November and it was great! I tried on about 6 dresses and found the one. They say it usually takes about 3-4 months and mine only took 3! They were very nice and accommodating, knowing that graduation is very important for everyone shopping there. They have EVERY dress you could imagine! Definitely recommend:)

We went here today and finally found a beautiful dress for my daughter for graduation. Rina was so helpful and kind and patient. We didn't feel rushed like we felt at other places. She allowed her to take her time and try on all different styles even though the very first dress was the one we picked.I’m beyond happy with our experience here.Thank you

Due to lack of oksana not fulfilling our dress from when we ordered in Nov, Rina stepped up and gave amazing service and care towards our situation and got us in immediately as we live out of town and was in Calgary for the day… her selection was amazing. She had my daughters size in stock, and she made this stressful situation into a positive fun experience… thank you Rina ❤️

We walked into this shop and were overwhelmed at first with the wide selection of beautiful dresses. We didn't know where to start but once my daughter picked a few dresses to try on, it was clear how caring and helpful the staff were in helping find the right" dress. We never felt rushed at all and Rina was very helpful and kind. Thank you for making our dress buying experience a positive one. I 100% recommend this dress shop."

The owner Rina is very rude and unprofessional. I tried to call with some questions regarding dresses and was told me she didn’t have time for me. She said she would call me back in a week when she had time. I heard nothing and after several emails from me and trying to get in contact and NEVER getting a response, I have given up and taken my business elsewhere where an owner will have the time and respect to at least answer my emails… I’m sure the dresses are lovely but customer service needs A LOT of work.

Am so impressed with the collection of dresses, I went there in 2019 for my oldest daughter's dress and was not disappointed so today April 29th I went back with my younger daughter and she was able to find her one of a kind. The hospitality is amazing, i recommend Prom Forever,its an amazing experience, thank you so much,.
