PetSmart

In Mexico this company is called Petco and they have practically the same brands and products. They have different animals for adoption such as iguanas, fish and cats. My soul was broken by a kitten that looked very sad and that has not been adopted, I hope that she soon finds a home. There is a wide variety of products, it seems to me an excellent store.

Large store with plenty of parking out front. Staff was helpful. At the time of my visit, there were no budgies shouting and squawking at the top of their little parrot lungs, which is a shame as I always like seeing the little feathered folk.*Edit - just went there again...and there were two little budgies.

No scales to weight your dogs. They were having a class and my dog is huge I had complete control over him there was several small dogs there all barking and being meen it was so bad my dog wanted to leave when he got outside he cried and cried he now hate going to the store.

Employees were all super helpful and nice. They were knowledgeable about their departments. The store was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely shop there again!

The staff was very helpful. They explained well, when I wanted to buy a Bretta species of fish. Guided me on the living conditions, set up of aquarium, food type, etc. Overall a very good experience.You can buy fishes without a personal id. For other Pets, like Dogs, cats, birds, etc you need to either carry a valid Canadian Id or Your Nationality Passport.

This is a fantastic store that has a great selection of goods. Stopped by today and got a few fish. The lady working in the fish department was fantastic. Would highly recommend

Met a nice young man named Corben! He was so helpful with aiding me pick out an enclosure and supplies for Guinea pigs. He is very well educated on all rodents and handled the ones I bought with such care!!! Will definitely come back.

It's the Walmart of pet stores.... Great if you have a dog.... A decent amount of stuff for the cat owners... The rest leaves a lot to be desired. The fish section is not looking healthy these days and every time I've been there, there have been unhealthy fish and staff telling people to buy fish that should never live together or be in the size of tanks they have. Overall it's a good store if you know what you want but be careful asking too much advice from the staff. They are friendly though.

I love this store. Their prices are better than other pet stores ive been to and they always have lots of festive stuff for whichever holidays around the corner. I'm concerned about this rope toy I bought for my dog. It's clearly made from scrap materials which isn't an issue but some of the fabric has sharp little sequins in it. Is it safe for dogs to ingest these? I added a photo of it. Be careful what you buy for your pet.

So I waited over a week to write this review.We took our 4 and a half month puppy to get groomed. We paid over $80 for them to tell us they weren’t able to cut our puppy’s hair because she moved around a lot. When we got home, we held a scissors around her and she was fine. So we decided to book her with clippers. They charge 70 for the same package and they were able to groom her properly.The excuse we were given was that our puppy wouldn’t let them near with the scissors but they were able to cut her private area and around her eyes.I felt like it was a total waste of time and of course money. A professional place should have the skills to groom any size puppy and any temperament puppy.We will never go back and I suggest the same for anyone who has a puppy to not waste their time or money either.
