Went to this restaurant for the first time to celebrate my husbands birthday. We made a reservation and arrived on time. We were brought to a table and decided I wanted to sit in the main front area which we did. We had Emmie as our server, she was just lovely. Loved the atmosphere at this restaurant, we had a nice couple of hours, starting with the braised pork belly appetizer which we shared, a nice starter. The birthday boy had their tenderloin special of the evening and I chose the lamb saddle. How can you say, wow! Our taste buds where at work, so many different taste with each fork full, the beet, kale, asparagus and potato, completed the meals. Compliments to the chef. We pair the dishes with a beautiful Painted Rock Cabernet Franc, a beautiful full body deep red, A British Columbian wine from the Penticton area. As it was my husbands birthday we did splurge and had dessert. I had the special I believe Paris Brest and I the crème brûlée, both were delicious. If you enjoy an evening out and a lovely dinner experience check out Restaurant 62. We will be back!

We stumbled upon this restaurant while in the area and were pleasantly surprised. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was amazing and portions were very reasonable.

Firstly, this place needs to be a solid 4.8 minimum. Went for my birthday dinner with a larger group and tried a bunch of dishes. Everything was very good but my favourite was definitely the duck prosciutto risotto. Their sauces and flavours are amazing. Nice smaller intimate setting with what feels like some more private dining rooms/spaces. Ambiance is great and so is the service! Well done.

Great food and presentation. They changed their location from the intersectin of Marshall and McCallum to 25 meters away on Marshall road. Still part of the same plaza. More space and better ambiance. $$$$

This was by far, the best restaurant that we ate at during our nine day trip through BC. We happened upon it by chance and thought at first that it seemed a little on the expensive but as it turned out, it was the best value on our trip. I had the duck and my wife the trout and both were fantastic. The attention and creativity that was put into the side dishes is what put our meals over the top. Highly recommended.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner and we were very pleasantly surprised. The ambiance, the service, the delicious food — it was perfect. We each ordered appetizers, a main course, and a dessert to share and our mouths and tummies were so happy. The daily specials were so tasty! (We got the crab crusted ling cod starter, tenderloin main, and the cheesecake dessert, on top of a few regular menu items). Great flavours and generous portions. Cocktails were also delicious. It’s so nice to have this upscale option in the Fraser Valley and we will definitely be returning!

We arrived and were seated at a dirty table.. it wasn’t wiped down from the last group and had food bits all over it. So it was a bad first impression unfortunately. The food was really good service was great but the desserts were not the best. For the price of the food I expect an excellent experience.

Very happy to have visited this restaurant. We went on a Friday, it was quiet. We ordered a lot of food because everything on the menu looked so good. We will definitely go back to try what we didn’t order.Don’t worry if you can’t finish your plate, the servers have your back and will bring you take away boxes. We made incredible egg benedictines with the leftover meat we ordered (suggested by our server). They could update their cocktails, a bit simple and one note (aka alcohol forward), but everything else was worth it, even the ice cream that came with the churros!

We took our 9 year old here for his first “fancy” dining experience. The wait staff was exceptional with both him and us. Shockingly, our chicken strips and fries kid, chose some fairly exotic items off the menu! He ate more in a single sitting than I have ever seen him eat! His dad and I loved the food as well but my little guy insisted that he needed to tell the chef how delicious the food was. Will definitely be back again and again.

I really don't like leaving a one star review and usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt if they have an off night. But I feel like this one is warranted. My partner and I went here for the first time recently and ended up sitting by the open kitchen. After our appetizers, by chance he noticed one of the kitchen staff double dip a spoon when taste testing soup. We thought, ok, that's not great, but the soup is cooking and maybe it was a slip up. But then we started paying more attention and within not much time we saw three different people, including the main chef on the line, do the same thing with various different sauces or other food items in the kitchen. They would taste something, put the spoon on the counter, add an ingredient, then reuse the same spoon and often repeat, multiple times! This is clearly a systemic issue in this kitchen, not a one-off. I worked in restaurants for years when I was younger and never saw the same tasting spoon used twice, there were always fresh spoons available for this purpose. We had wanted to try a few more dishes, but decided to pay up and leave after seeing this. Its really unfortunate, we were looking forward to eating here, and most of our appetizers were really good. The front of house staff were lovely and attentive and the restaurant itself has a nice ambience, but I can't fathom eating here again.
