Relatively fast and efficient to serving vehicle lineups. Most times, coffee is made very accurate so I am always satisfied and I go to this Tim Hortons on a First choice and regular basis. P

6 people working the drive thru window. Totally ignoring me waiting to be served at the counter inside. Took a long time to acknowledge I was even there. Also did not put the carrot cake muffin in my bag of donuts. My wife was with me and couldn't believe how bad the service was. I rarely go to Tim Hortons here in town anymore because of the poor service.

The service is bad, the wait is rediculous, and the coffee is worse. I LOVE Tim Hortons coffee, but anything is better than having to go here. You shouldn't have to wait 15+ minutes for a coffee when you are the only person in line. Stop chatting and do your job!

Would be nice if the managers would calibrate their machines so it doesn't dispense double the sugar it's supposed to. Disgusting!
