Roasted! Filipino Cuisine
The place was empty which should have given me a clue. Food was mediocre, still on the edible side (if you are really hungry) but the servers were pretty unfriendly. There's a shared bathroom for all gender identifications" and toilet seats had visible dried urine stains (both stalls). One person (who looked like a male-to-female transgender) was sitting around and doing absolutely nothing useful
