Everything ends up slightly more than we expected when using U-Haul, but the convenience and size of trucks can't be beat. This location is great at having trucks in stock and ready to go.

Theyy dont answer phone calls or return messages. Called during business hours with no succes. ended up driving there, only had a handful of trucks. no trailers. dont waste your time.

Have rented from this location 3 times. First two were contactless and went off without a hitch. Most recently, I booked another contactless rental but there was an issue at the corporate level that prevented me from doing the contactless pickup at 8am as scheduled. Luckily the owners of Norval Convenience, the Uhaul franchisee, arrived before store opening time and were able to get it straightened out and got me on my way. The owners were so helpful and understanding and turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Would definitely recommend renting from this location.
