Do not use this company for any service work. I had one technician tell me he was ordering parts then cancelled my request because he couldn't contact me which was false, not one time did he try to reach out by email or phone. The second technician said he was ordering parts then after waiting a month I contacted him and he informed me that he quit the company and it wasn't his problem. Whirlpool had to order the parts directly because this company was clearly incapable of doing their job. If you don't mind waiting 6 months to use your cooktop then this is the company for you!

The worst customer service I have ever had. Took 6 months. Every time I had to call they never answered. Never returned calls. Would say they would come out and wouldn't show up. Happened 5 times. Worst experience I have ever had

Do not use this company for ANY services. Maytag outsourced them to fix our washing machine. They did not show up three times in 2 weeks. Showed up to my house the first time without parts, said he would pick them up and come back and never returned. Scheduled two more times and never showed. Lied and left notes for Maytag that they tried contacting us which is a complete lie. Does not answer phone or respond to voicemails.

My Whirpool diswasher stopped heating up and Whirlpool sent someone from RG Appliance Services to fix it. Whirlpool agreed to cover the cost of parts but NOT the cost of labour. The repairman took at look at the dishwasher, told me it needed a new controller and then took payment for the visit of approx $140+. Never heard from them again and never received the new controller.

I was having an issue with my new fridge , a repair person was sent, Richard McIntosh. He knew my situation was quite urgent and worked diligently to have it fixed quickly . A new part was required and he searched high and low to find it, returning the following day. Richard was professional, polite and very informative with the process. Thank you Richard for making a stressful situation into something positive. An excellent employee

Worst company ever! Lied saying that Whirlpool sent them the wrong piece. Took almost 2 months to contact them and kept saying we had to pay for the service, because our warranty done (still had 4 months left to it) rude customer service. Will never recommend them to anyone
