I love visiting this store while I visit langely, but I'm going to skip this store next time I come back because of my experience.I was not greeted while in the store, but I felt like I was being watched by the employees the entire time while I was just browsing. Fairly loudly within earshot, I could hear the older woman employee (med length blonde hair, possibly manager) coaching her associate at the register.She was pretending to make a purchase, quizzing the younger employee on how to hoax customers into buying their toy cleaner". He was obviously uncomfortable by the way she was speaking to him

Worker lady was extremely rude and unhelpful, followed us around the store and made everyone feel extremely uncomfortable. My friend had a game in his hands he was going to buy but the lady immediately grabbed it right out of his hands. It was extremely rude and unnecessary.

Employee was rude and following us throughout the store and was watching us constantly. Additionally she wouldn’t let us hold anything, instead she would take it out of our hands and put it behind the counter. Why do you have senior citizens working in a Spencer’s?

Employees and Management have no idea what they are doing. The manager was completely rude was talking to me and really condescending. Avoid at all cost.

Staff was following us around and my friend was openly carrying an item. My friend was about to buy it when the staff -some old lady?- said ”do you wanna put that back” and took it out of his hands very uncalled for.
