Five Sails has been working with Nespresso EVS for the past year and a half. We have a great relationship with them and are very thankful to do business with them everyday. Charlie, our main point of contact has been extremely helpful with all our needs. 5 stars services. Would recommend, plus their coffees and Nunshen teas are some of the best we tried around. Very consistent.

We just started using the Nespresso pods at The Hart House and the feedback have been amazing. Thomas the rep at Nespresso is always a texts away and has helped us in some emergency situations. I highly recommend to the businesses who would like to improve their coffee game.

Great service from their staff.Every time we ask for something, they come the same day or the next one. The machine we bought is a commercial grade one and makes great coffee, it's easy to use, easy to clean and really user friendly. Same as all their household ones.Coffee is excellent as always.Never disappointed with Nespresso.

Everyone at the office loves the New Nespresso machine we received. George was amazing during the whole process, helping us coordinate everything from the first demo to set up and operation of the machine. He was very patient with us as we navigated the confusion that can come with coordinating everything remotely and helped make the process smooth and relatively painless.Overall, such a great experience and would highly recommend George and the EVS team to anyone considering purchasing a Nespresso.

We are coming up on a year of owning the Aguila 420 and working with Debbie Beach, Nespresso's Vancouver Island Territory Manager. Debbie is absolutely wonderful to work with, no pressure sales and her passion/knowledge for the product is nothing short of impressive. The Aguila 420 has made our life in the Range Café so much more enjoyable, as it is super easy to use, reliable and we love the wide range of drinks we can make at a touch of a button. The Aguila creates endless foam both hot and cold and has tons great features that fit the needs of our busy café. If you're in the area and crave a great cup of coffee/demonstration look us up!
