I put five stars because I never actually got to use their service. I designed a piece of fitness equipment and called in for a quote. Since I own and operate my own small business I am not able to afford a patent. When I asked them to sign an NDA before sending my design they declined and stated that `big companies don't ask them to do this` (likely because big companies already own a patent before submitting or their lawyers informed them the product cant be patented). I have worked with similar facilities in Europe, China and India and they had no issue singing an NDA. So Just writing this as a heads up that they may not be an accessible resource for smaller inventors.
