Purchased a Samsung TV and sound System from John. Initially we had no end of issues with the sound system. John had to send out their tech Neil twice. Neil ended up determining that the system was faulty and replaced the entire system which now works wonderfully. Neil took the time to set the system up correctly for us and explain the features and show us some demos. He spent the time to ensure we were happy with what we had purchased. What started out as a not too pleasant experience ended up with us being very satisfied with the product, Johns responsiveness and Neil's knowledge and expertise.

Recently purchased a Sony 75¨ television. Sales rep Ben was a great help, knowledgeable and competent. What really impressed me however, was the delivery and setup. Neil and Jayson were on time and utterly competent in the setup of both the tv and stand. Patient, knowledgeable and most pleasant, they made what might have been a significant emotional event a pleasant learning experience. On top of this, they were polite, good humoured and neat, picking up all evidence of their presence possible. Neil and Jayson alone are worth purchasing with Visions St Albert so positive was our experience with them.

Amazing service, no pushing or trying to force upsell like most people do on holidays which (really refreshing and relax) made me actually want to spend more there. Definitely driving back here to get a laptop before Christmas. Thank you for my 100 inch projector screen. Love it.

Jayson and Chris went above and beyond for my car speaker needs, not only did they answer all of my questions very professionally and informative which is what I need for a beginner installer but they also were able to give me great deals on the speakers I was looking for with a 4 year warranty. Great guys will continue to shop with visions because of the service they provide.

Bought a few things from here and was impressed, each time, with the customer service & cleanliness of the store.Note about online orders: I ordered and paid for something online, then picked it up in the store. This was one of my fastest shopping trips ever, I don't think I was in the store for longer than 3ish minutes! Give this option a try if you're lazy and don't want to browse shelves.

Dealt with John when picking up a solid Dyson a few years back, still to this day it works like brand new. He did everything he could in helping me get the perfect vacuum at a good price. Following up recently he helped me obtain a new tv, at an amazing deal! He's responsive and quick, very efficient worker. So happy to have gone through visions st. Albert & their awesome employee.
