I cannot say enough about the professional service received today by Kyler at Atmosphere Climate Control. He knew just how to fix the heat pump issues at the house. Thanks for your help and I’ll recommend you to my friends.

Our ducted central heat and A/C system is 16-year old. As expected, on one of the hottest days of summer, the A/C crapped-out. I was certain the whole system would need to be replaced. I called one company that said they couldn't get a technician out for 2-weeks. I called Atmosphere and spoke to Jamie. She was very pleasant to talk to. To my surprise, she was able to get me booked for service that afternoon; we were the last appointment. When Dave arrived, he could have easily said my system was done and sold me a new one. Instead, he did a thorough inspection, discovered the refrigerant was down a few pounds, checked for leaks, filled it up, and we were back up and running. I'm pretty sure he actually stayed late to make sure we were good to go. Very knowledgeable and very professional. When our system does eventually fail, I will definitely be calling Atmosphere to replace it. When friends ask for a recommended HVAC service, I will not hesitate to recommend Atmosphere. A big thanks to Jamie and Dave for the absolutely phenomenal service...much appreciated!

Amazing company and workers to deal with from start to finish. Getting the quote first off went great.Following up on all work after that was professionally done from all staff and contractors.Ducted, ductless and water heater all installed in time (or early due to my old water heater broke).Highly recommend.

A truly exceptional level of service by all involved. Connor, Austin and the electrician Korey proved to be the ideal team. I cannot commend their work highly enough throughout the installation process. Knowledgeable, hard working, and personable. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them.Updated: Atmosphere was back to install a new water tank and remove the old one off the oil boiler. Connor and Greg provided the same excellent level of service as noted previously. In fact everyone we have dealt with from Corey for the initial site visit to Candace in the office have gone above and beyond throughout the project. Most highly recommended.

Great service and communication right from the start with Jamie as she did the booking. Followed by direct contact with the service tech Dave who arrived on time and was very pleasant, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend this company!

Dave was absolutely fabulous! He was thorough and professional in his work. He was kind enough to put the gas into the AC and fix the gas leak on the same day so that I don't have to book another service call. Now my room is no longer 25+C! I am glad I reached out to the ACCS. Great business, highly recommended.

Excellent service from Atmosphere! Our technician, Billy, communicated well, provided us with all the information we needed to make an educated choice and did a great job installing our heat pump! Everything was left cleaned up and Billy even showed us how to use other parts of my system that he didn't install! Would highly recommend!!

Atmosphere has the greatest service and the greatest people. They installed our ducted heat pump, and they do our regular maintenance. Every interaction with their staff is a pleasure. It's been one of the best investments we've ever made.
