My partner was on a work trip and he had a malfunction with his gear on the first day. He was able to call, order and have me pick it up without any hassle at all. I walked in and they were expecting me, despite clearly knowing nothing they were super polite and helpful. There was someone buying add ons to their drone and the salesperson pointed out the controller my partner bought to them, to which I gave a rave review. My partner adores his controller and says it was a total game changer for his ease of use. If you are on the fence this is your sign to buy the controller. You’re welcome.

Came here twice - once to look, and once to buy. Both times, all the workers there were extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and overall made the experience 100x better. They have a ton of drones on display and lots of stock of everything you might want. I was going to order my drone online through the DJI website but changed my mind after walking into this store for the first time. If you're interested in buying a drone, check this place out. It'll help you make your decision.

I called DJI Because I purchased one at Costco Talk to a customer service representative from DJI About my mini 2 He was rude I asked to talk to a supervisor he told me no I couldn't do that. Wow. He told me I could take it back to Costco if I wanted to.Wow. Great? Customer. Service?

worst company they take your money promising good service and they lie, I purchased DJI care and my faulty product was still under warranty and still I wasn't helped whatsoever, disgusting policies full of loopholes to worm out of giving good serviceShame on you!

Awesome staff ,awesome store!Staff are very knowledgeable of the product and love showing you every aspect of every drone.You can tell these guys love their job and love being drone enthusiasts themselves.I had the pleasure of being served by Danny who was so great!! Wanted to show me every drone and educate me on all the great features.Long story short I bought the entry level drone. “The Tello” to learn and enjoy indoors till spring.Then I’m going back and getting the next drone up.Like seriously can the technology get any better???Hand signals,drone follows you,takes selfies,pre flight paths etc etc etc. Just amazing!!So much fun for family and all ages!

Literally the first one in Canada! It was definitely worth the hour drive to meet these guys. During my visit I saw two demos - super informative. What I liked the most about this particular store was that all associates really knew their stuff!
