I am glad to get an appoinment with Julien Cyr from Moncton branch, he really helped me with great ideas for our financal needs. I think that's his skill and he chose the right industry for that. National bank is a great choice compared to the big banks out there, great service and a little bit more advertisement can draw a lot of attention.

Horrible service. Teller was snappy and rude. Asked to speak with the manager. She went and had a 5 minute conversation with him (which i could hear most of) then came back to tell me he is in meetings and unavailable"."
